11. What PartyPPL Plus is

PartyPPL Plus is a subscription to extra features of PartyPPL, a trade name of the business registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 97359866, Pater R.D. Kloegstraat 7, 5684 TK Best, the Netherlands, VAT number NL005264805B67, phone +31499224016, e-mail info@partyppl.nl.

What is in Plus is on partyppl.nl/plus: among other things no service fees on tickets you buy through PartyPPL (resale included), presales on nights that take part, planning with your crew, splitting costs and carpooling, a weekend planner, up to 25 search alerts of your own (2 without Plus), your nights as a feed in your calendar, a badge next to your name, your look back over every year and priority support.

Plus is a digital service. You need a PartyPPL account and must have taken the age step of the terms of service.

Everything that is free without Plus stays free. We do not make the free product worse to make Plus more attractive.

We may change, replace or add features of Plus, for instance because a partner stops or something can be done better. If a feature that was an important reason for your subscription disappears, you may cancel and get back the part of your period you did not use.

22. Price and payment

Monthly

€ 2.99 a month, including 21% VAT.

Yearly

€ 24.99 a year, including 21% VAT.

You pay in advance per period, through Stripe: by card (also Apple Pay and Google Pay), iDEAL, Bancontact or SEPA Direct Debit. If you pay the first time with iDEAL or Bancontact, you give Stripe a SEPA Direct Debit mandate for the following periods. Stripe mails you the invoice and the receipt.

There is no trial period and there are no hidden costs.

33. When Plus starts

The agreement is made when you press Subscribe and pay and the payment at Stripe went through. You get a confirmation by mail with everything in these terms.

If you tick that Plus may start at once, it works straight away. If you do not, Plus starts after the 14-day cooling-off period. Either way you pay in advance.

44. Term and renewal

• Monthly plan: it runs per month and renews every month by itself. You can always cancel.
• Yearly plan: it runs per year and renews by a year every year. After the first year you can always stop it; you then get back the part you did not use (see article 5).
• We send you a reminder by mail 30 days before every renewal of a yearly plan.

55. Cancelling

You cancel with the button Cancel subscription on your Plus page (partyppl.nl/plus/beheer) and then Confirm cancellation. That is all. You can also mail info@partyppl.nl.

A monthly plan and a yearly plan in its first year run until the end of the period you paid for. After that they do not renew. Until that date you can undo the cancellation with Carry on after all.

A yearly plan after its first year stops at once when you cancel. You get back the part of the year you did not use, pro rata per day. A started day counts as used.

You get a confirmation of your cancellation by mail, with the date Plus stops.

66. Withdrawal

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the moment you signed up for Plus. In that time you may withdraw from the agreement without giving a reason.

You withdraw with the button Withdraw from the agreement here on your Plus page and then Confirm withdrawal. The button is there for the whole cooling-off period. You can also mail the model form below, or another clear statement.

Plus started at once at your request

You only pay for the days you had Plus. You get the rest back. Example: if you withdraw on day 5 of a 30-day month, you pay 5/30 of the monthly price.

Plus had not started yet

You get everything back.

Your money comes back within 14 days of your withdrawal, the way you paid. Plus stops at once. You get a confirmation by mail with the date and time of your withdrawal.

77. When a payment fails

If a payment fails, Stripe tries a few more times and you get a mail. Plus keeps working for 7 more days in that time. Update your payment method on your Plus page.

If it still does not work after that, the subscription stops. You then pay nothing more and your account simply stays.

88. When the price changes

• The price of a period that has started is fixed.
• We tell you about a new price at least 30 days in advance, by mail and on the site.
• It only applies from your next period, and never in the first three months after you signed up.
• If you do not want the new price, you can cancel free of charge before that date.

99. In the apps

Plus is on sale on partyppl.nl. In our App Store apps the Plus features only work once Plus is on sale there itself; until then you only see your status there. Cancelling and withdrawing always work, also from the app.

If Plus goes on sale through the App Store, Apple handles the payment, the cancellation and the refunds of a subscription taken out there. We will say so at the moment of purchase.

1010. Deleting your account

If you delete your account, your subscription stops at once. No further payment follows. Data about your payments we keep for seven years without your name, because tax law asks for it. See the privacy statement.

If the subscription is still in the cooling-off period, withdraw first if you want your money back.

1111. Complaints and governing law

Mail a complaint about Plus to info@partyppl.nl. A confirmation within two working days, an answer within 14 days.

These terms and your subscription are governed by Dutch law. For everything else the terms of service apply.
