Payouts to your own account
With Stripe Connect Express the ticket money lands in your own Stripe account and Stripe pays out on your schedule. We only withhold the service fee and never see your bank details.
Door app with a QR scanner
Scan with the camera, or type the code when the light is against you. A ticket scanned twice is refused, with the time of the first scan. Your door crew sees the door and nothing else.
Resale at face value
Sold out? Visitors pass their ticket on at the ticket type's price and the waiting list gets a notification. No touts, no fake QR codes, and you know who walks in.
Promo codes
A percentage or a fixed amount, with a maximum number of uses and an end date. The discount comes off the ticket price.
Sale windows
Set per ticket type when sales open and close. Anyone who marked interest gets a heads-up before the sale opens.
Updates that land
Time moved, line-up changed, cancelled? One update and everyone with a ticket or an "I'm going" hears about it, in the app and by mail.
Numbers and exports
Sales per ticket type, who is going, which cities they come from and what was scanned at the door. Exportable as CSV.

HOW TO START
Create the organisation
Name, chamber of commerce number and a short description. You are the owner right away and can add your team.
Get verified
We check the registration or a mail address on your own domain. After that you get the checkmark and can feature and sell.
Add your first event
Date, venue, line-up, ticket types. The agenda team takes a look and then it is live.
FREQUENTLY ASKED
How long does moderation take?
Usually within a day, weekends included. If we doubt the venue or the line-up we ask you something first, and then it takes longer.
Do I have to sell through PartyPPL?
No. Link to your own ticket shop and you pay us nothing. You just will not see sales numbers here, and visitors cannot pass their ticket on through us.
When do I get my money?
With Stripe Connect, Stripe pays out on your account's schedule and we hold nothing. Without a Stripe connection we pay you out by hand, within 3 working days of the event.
What happens if I have to cancel?
You report it in the portal. We start the refunds, void the tickets and notify ticket buyers, everyone with an "I'm going" and the waiting list. The ticket price is on you, the service fee we refund ourselves.
Can I give my team access?
Yes. Five roles: Owner, Admin, Marketing, Door and Finance. Your door crew only sees the scanner, marketing never reaches the numbers. Someone leaves? Take them out of the team.
What if my event is already listed?
Then you take it over. Create the organisation and claim the event; we attach it to your account instead of creating a second one.
Does featuring actually work?
A featured slot puts your event at the top of the agenda in that city or across NL and BE. What it returns depends on your event. We promise reach, not sales.
