Organiser? Put your party in the agenda for free
Posting an event costs nothing. It is live within a day, and the portal shows you how it is doing.
PartyPPL is built for visitors, but without organisers there is no agenda. That is why posting is free, for everyone, from a first basement party to a festival.
Posting
In the organiser portal you fill in your night: title, date, times, venue, line-up, price and a link to your tickets. The agenda team checks every new night and puts it live within a day. We do that to keep the agenda clean: no duplicates, nothing fake.
Is your party already listed
Quite likely, because we read the agendas of clubs and ticket shops. Then claim your organisation's page. From then on you manage what is there yourself, and add what is missing, like the timetable or a better description.
What you see in return
The portal shows, per night, how many people viewed it, how many said they are going and how many clicked through to your tickets. You work in it with your team, with roles for owner, manager, marketing, door and finance.
Selling through PartyPPL
If you want to sell your tickets through PartyPPL, with Apple Pay, iDEAL and tickets in Wallet, you can. At the door you scan with the app. Resale always goes at the original price, and you see who is in.
Standing out
If you want more reach, you can feature your night in your city or across the country. Terms and prices are in the portal.
