Notifications: only what you want to know
A friend coming along, your ticket at the door, the last tickets: PartyPPL tells you, and you choose what you get.

A notification should be about something. That is why we do not send many, and you choose which ones you get.
What we let you know about
When a friend invites you or says they are going to a night you are going to as well. When something happens in your night's group chat. When your ticket is ready, when the doors are about to open, or when someone has bought the ticket you resold. And when a night you are going to is cancelled or moved: you always hear that.
Turning notifications on on your iPhone
The app does not ask when you open it, but at a moment when it pays off: when you say you are going, follow an artist or set an alert for tickets coming back. If you said no then, the app later shows you the way to your iPhone's settings, where you switch on notifications for PartyPPL after all. It only does that where you would really miss something, and not every day.
On the site
You can get notifications in your browser too. Turn them on in your settings on the site, and your browser will ask whether that is fine.
Less is fine too
Under Notifications in your settings you choose what you get push and e-mail about. A group chat that is too busy, you mute in the chat itself. Tap a notification and you land exactly where it is about. And everything you missed is still in your profile.
