What started as a passion to gather the HARDER STYLES minded crowd in an outdoor event in 2002, grew to be a MASSIVE THREE-DAY FESTIVAL in the Netherlands. Decibel outdoor has become THE LOUDEST CITY ON EARTH, for those seeking the NEXT STEP in their craving for the Harder Styles.
