Affiliate terms

The agreement for anyone who shares PartyPPL with a personal link: €0.25 per new member, at most €25.00 a month. In addition to the general terms.

Last updated: 17 October 2026

Draft. DRAFT (version 2026-10-17-concept-2). This text has not been legally reviewed yet and will be checked by our lawyer before payouts start. Until then it may still change; what you already earned stays.

1Who makes the agreement

These terms apply between PartyPPL (Chamber of Commerce 97359866, VAT NL005264805B67, Pater R.D. Kloegstraat 7, 5684 TK Best, the Netherlands; more in the colophon) and you as a participant in the affiliate programme (the affiliate). They come on top of the general terms and the house rules; where they say something else about the programme, these prevail. PartyPPL is the trade name of the business registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce under number 97359866.

2Who can join

  • you are 18 or over and have a PartyPPL account that has taken the 18+ step;
  • you apply on your dashboard and accept these terms. We decide whether you join and need not explain a rejection at length, but you always get a reason;
  • one participation per person. Your link is personal: you may not sell it or hand it to somebody else;
  • if you take part as a business, you handle your own VAT and books. PartyPPL does not invoice on your behalf.

3When a signup counts

A signup counts when somebody makes a new account through your link, in the same browser in which they tapped "Sign up through this link", and that account is real:

  1. the e-mail address is confirmed with the login code;
  2. the 18+ step with the terms is done, within 30 days of signing up;
  3. 14 days after that step the account still exists and is not suspended.

Your affiliate link is your own invitation link (partyppl.nl/i/...). If somebody opens another person's invitation or affiliate link after yours, the last link counts; a signup never counts for two.

One reward per person: a second account of the same person, also under another address of the same mailbox, does not count. Signing yourself up never counts. A signup in the app or with Sign in with Apple cannot be tied to your link, so it does not count.

4The fee and the cap

  • €0.25 per signup that counts, in the calendar month (Dutch time) in which it starts to count;
  • at most €25.00 per calendar month, so 100 signups. What counts above that earns nothing and does not move to another month;
  • after a month ends we make a monthly statement. You see it on your dashboard;
  • payouts are monthly, from €10.00. Below that your balance carries over to the next statement;
  • we pay out in PartyPPL credit in your own account. Once our team has approved a monthly statement, you turn it into credit on your dashboard. Credit comes off our service fee by itself when you buy tickets that PartyPPL sells itself and pay with iDEAL or a card; never off the ticket price. If such an order lapses or is refunded, you get the credit back;
  • credit is not money: you cannot cash it, give it to somebody else or buy it, and it earns no interest. A balance earns no interest either;
  • payouts in money come later, to a Stripe account in your name that you link yourself. Stripe's terms then apply as well, and Stripe checks who you are. Before that starts we will let you know, and you may choose between credit and money for whatever is still open then.

Payouts in money have not started yet. Until then we pay out in credit, as above.

5What is not allowed

  • spam: sending messages, mails or comments to people who did not ask for them, also in PartyPPL's own group chats, forum or messages;
  • pretending to be PartyPPL, or promising what PartyPPL does not promise;
  • paid ads on the name PartyPPL or names like it, or buying traffic;
  • fake accounts, bots, or giving people money or anything else to sign up;
  • hiding that it is your affiliate link. Say when you share it that you get a fee for it, for example with #affiliate or "partner link", as the Dutch Advertising Code for social media and influencer marketing asks;
  • sharing your link in places aimed at people under 18.

6Checks

We watch for patterns that do not fit real signups, such as many signups in a short time, addresses on the same private domain as yours, or accounts that never come back after their first day. Such a signup only counts once a person on our team has looked at it.

We may reject a signup with a reason, pause your link, and not pay or claim back a fee earned in breach of these terms. If you disagree, mail info@partyppl.nl and we will look again.

7Privacy

About you we process what we need to run the programme and pay out: your account, the name on your link, where you share it, your monthly statements, your credit and what you spent it on (the order), and once payouts in money are on, the id of your Stripe account. See the privacy statement.

About those who sign up through your link you only see numbers: how many are pending, count or do not count. Never names, e-mail addresses or other details. We keep no IP address or device.

8Tax

You are responsible for declaring what you earn. If the law requires us to report payouts to the tax authorities, we will ask you for the details needed before we pay out.

9Stopping

You can stop at any time by mailing info@partyppl.nl. We can end the programme or your participation with 30 days' notice, or at once if you break these terms.

If you stop, or we stop without you doing anything wrong, we still pay out a balance of €10.00 or more, in credit or, once that is on, in money. Credit in your account stays usable. If you delete your account, your participation ends; a balance not paid out by then and credit you did not use lapse.

10Changes

We may change these terms and the amounts. We announce a change at least 30 days ahead on your dashboard or by mail. What you earned before the change, you keep.

These terms are governed by Dutch law.
